“I shall rise and shine” — September 16, 2018

“I shall rise and shine”

Don’t worry about the random bold words. They aren’t for you.๐Ÿ˜›

Woke up to the sound of birds praising their Lord.

Woke up to the sunlight exploding from the white blinds.

Woke up to the smell of chai and toast.

Woke up to the giggles of my little brother.

Woke up with a quality that needs to be erased.

Woke up to the thought of December, APS attack.

Woke up with the thought that it’s my duty to spread the tiny bit of positivity I grow and loose.

We need to remember to smile. To feel the peace in nature. To remember we’re still alive. To remember that Allah gave us another chance to be closer to Him. To correct our previous mistakes. To be more appreciative and grateful. To not worry about how clichรฉ this post might seem. ๐Ÿ˜‚ Because what matters most is writing. Sigh.๐Ÿ’” I just hope I never stop writing, because the thoughts in my head can be lethal. Writing is important. What comes after it is secondary, you can keep it forever. You can burn it, like it never existed. Or you can share it, if you want. What matters most is letting the thoughts seep out of your being into the blank paper that yearns to be inked. ( In my case, inked by Inky lol, I’m so lame. Khair.)

Alhamdulillah.
Alhamdulillah ala kulle haal.

Bookish Q &A ( reply to Safiya, J.S Chefri) — April 9, 2018

Bookish Q &A ( reply to Safiya, J.S Chefri)

A book I wish I could read again would be Jannat kay Pattay( leaves from heaven) it’s an Urdu book.

It had alot to offer. You’d never get bored of it. It was one of the books that alot of people recommended.

A character that reminds me of someone I love.

Idk. I think it’s more of something a character said that reminds me of someone. You know?

The last book that made me cry

I think the last story I read was Aao Hum Pahla Qadam Dhartay and It made me cry. I usually don’t cry but I don’t know, maybe I could just feel what the character was feeling because of the beautiful writing by Umera Ahmed. The book really talked about how people treat other and, how the most unexpected things happen and shock you for life.

A book I had to push myself to finishย  Girl on the train. I think it was someone here on WordPress who recommended it. ( Safiya sis was it you? ๐Ÿ˜‚)I just couldn’t keep up. Perhaps it was because of the different time lines.
I know alot of people found it really interesting. To me only the first half was captivating.

A book I could not finish.
Usually when I start a book I just have to finish it. This is one of the reasons I think before buying a book. I can’t control myself from reading. It shocks me when I hear for instance my friends have books that have been sitting on the shelf for like two years.

And the mountains echoed was one book that I didn’t finish. It was really interesting in the starting but something came up and I couldn’t finish it. If I get a chance and convince myself I’d love to finish it someday.

A character that I could relate toย

“Thereโ€™s so many characters I can relate to because when Iโ€™m reading thatโ€™s how I connect with the book most of the time.” Exactly my case. I think I feel that I cab relate when characters say something and I’m just like that’s exactly what I’d say. It’s the words and emotions that make me feel connected. At times a character would be over reacting or being dramatic but to that character and myself it seems like it’s a normal reaction.ย  Yeah weird.๐Ÿ˜…

A character I really disliked

Do you have any idea how sad my answer is for this? ๐Ÿ˜ญย It’s been soo long since I read a book that I can’t even think of this. But Summer in umm 34 days? In sha Allah will read alot then.

An ending I wish could have been different

Refer to the previous answer. ๐Ÿ’”

If you’d like to share you’re answers for these questions you can answer them in the comment or as a post like I did.

Thanks Safiya from her blog link here for this interesting post for book lovers.๐Ÿ’™

Hope(less) — January 21, 2018

Hope(less)

Drowning in an ocean,
The thoughts flooding.

Filling me up, yet leaving empty,
A paradox this all has been.

The sense of filling, leaving me hollow,
I was lost.

Lost beyond measure,
Waiting to be found.

For once I needed help,
My silence a loud scream,
But failed to be heard.

The scream was deafening,
But it fell in dead ears.

I waited, longed even,
But worthless.

With a heavy heart,
I rose up, again!

No one was gonna come to rescue,
I had to save myself.

With new determination I lunged,
Standing erect, myself a new sign of hope.

For all those hopeless people out there,
I am my own savior!

A poem a wonderful friend had written so I thought I’d share it. Because I think alot of people out there need to know that sometimes you need to be your own hero. ๐Ÿ™‚ No matter how much your scary thoughts, strangle your mind. Or when your heart is stuck in quick sand of emotions. You must rise, and be your own savior. Always believe in hope.

(Spread hope generouslyย  โคย  but never foolishly, ๐Ÿ˜›ย  because hope is medicine. ๐Ÿ˜€ When taken as prescribed never hurts. But otherwise has side effects. ๐Ÿ˜ฆ )

Assalamualaikum / Hi all. ๐Ÿ˜Š

Here is a picture I took recently in the morning on my way to the bus stop.

I’d been wanting to take a picture like this since months.๐Ÿ’”I’m very satisfied with how it turned out.

I feel one reason I like sharing my pictures is I don’t want people to miss out. And take the time to note small things in life which Allah made for us.

Keep smiling and say SubhanAllah.๐Ÿ’š

Take a look.

Small plant with lovely droplets
I was completely ahmazed by the arrangement of drops on this plant. ๐Ÿ˜

Sometimes when we take pictures we fall in love with tiny details that the world might fail to notice.

Just like that in life we should be thankful for the little things that others might notice.

Say Alhamdulillah. ALHAMDULILLAH ALA KULLE HAAL.๐Ÿ’š

The photo I’m attaching is…

Cute plant coming out of a tree bark. (No edits.)

of a HUGE tree which is bench shaped. and this tiny green miracle is growing in the middle part of the bark.Isn’t it lovely how our delicate little pops out of the rough dark bark? Just notice the differences! SubhanAllah.๐Ÿ˜

P.S I’m really happy with this picture of mine. It was alot of hard work and alot of frustrating moment. BECAUSE of the WIND! And it’s SO TINY, therefore it was extremely hard to focus.ย  (And don’t steal my picture, please. <.<)

Specially thanks to my sister. (We want for a walk,ย  ๐Ÿ˜› her patience MashAllah and words of motivation helped me, honestly.)

Day 25 Cables

Haha I’m still here.๐Ÿ˜‚

Why do we bound creativity?

To places, times, tools, mood, environment. To encouragement, motivation, inspiration. To thoughts, ideas and appearances.

Creativity is to create and when you have the fire in you to do it nothing else matters. Your way of expressing creativity can be by anything like perhaps painting, writing, cooking, designing, teaching, photography.ANYTHING.

I think sometimes I’m good at creative writing. When I get an idea or thought in my head that I think about it and just try to save it somewhere. But when I have words flowing through my head there is no way you can stop me from writing startย  to finish.Last year as we were learing about Cables and electricity I ended up writing the following. ๐Ÿ™‚

https://accidentallyinked.wordpress.com/2016/08/27/make-no-mistake/

Don’t let anything to stop you from unleashing your creativity. (But also pay attention in class. Haha)
